  • Created the Operational Resilience Baseline assessment with SEC, FINRA, and ABA regulatory mapping
  • Run real disaster recovery verification through actual backup restores, not policy document reviews
  • Lead cybersecurity assessments, secure data migrations with chain-of-custody documentation, and AI implementation with governance guardrails
  • Built as an AI-native firm from day one; every governance practice we recommend, we run internally first

  • Designed a code-generation framework that let non-technical staff configure complex workflows through a GUI; agencies consistently chose us over Salesforce
  • Managed PII-sensitive data (adoption and foster care records) across varying state regulatory requirements for over a decade
